At your first service we kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes early for check in. As a returning client arriving 15 minutes early is also recommended to give you have plenty of time to find parking, get settled in, relax and enjoy a tasty beverage before your salon experience.
Please find alternate care for children under the age of 12 without a scheduled reservation. Also, please note that only service animals are permitted inside the salon.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:
As Kinship Hair Co. is a booth rental salon and hosts a multitude of independent stylists, please ask your desired stylist about their reschedule/cancellation policy before your appointment or see their profile page. Our stylists handle their own bookings and cancellations/reschedules. Most will ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid the late fee.
Please respect our policies as we would love the opportunity to offer this reservation to another guest if you are unable to attend.

The Widget offers user-triggered enhancements that allow visitors to improve the accessibility of the site. These features will, when selected, increase font size, pause animations, change color contrast, and more. People can choose combinations that suit their needs, as per WCAG Level AAA.
The site has enabled Automated Remediation Technology (ART) for all visitors, whether they use assistive technology or not. ART does not detect Assistive Technology usage; rather, it improves accessibility for all site visitors regardless of ability by deploying remediation capabilities such as (not a complete list):

Kinship Hair Co. Messaging Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at saloninfo@kinshiphairco.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

When making an appointment at Kinship Hair Co. in person or through online booking we collect your phone number and email so that we may confirm your appointment details. You may be asked for your credit card information to secure your appointment time. Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.
